Purpose/Mission
To provide the highest quality health care in the patient's own home.
To allow family members to remain together as long as possible.
To assist the patient and family to maintain as normal a lifestyle as possible.
To provide additional essential health and welfare services as needed
Services
Skilled nursing care is provided seven days a week. A registered nurse is on call 24 hours every day for those who may need assistance.
Personalized services for the aging include the following
Skilled Nursing Care
Free in-home assessment, diabetic care, IV therapy, blood drawing, ostomy care, set up and monitor medications, patient education, wound care, injections, catheter care, care for terminally ill
Home Health Aide Care
Bathing, dressing, personal care, fingernail and toenail care,
Rehabilitative Services
Physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy
