Service Directory
The Saline County Service Directory is a voluntary way for Services With Aging Populations (SWAP) participants to share updated information about services sponsored by their organization. Use this directory to help you find the service provider(s) who appear to have what you’re looking for, and then call the listed contact person for more detailed information.
Here’s what you’ll find in the
Service Directory:
- Providers Listed in This Directory (1 page summary)
- Directory Listing for Each Provider (contact information and description of services for each provider)
- Services Index (index of providers by services provided)
Follow this link for a printable copy of the complete Service Directory.
We recommend that you use this directory as a companion booklet to the
Explore Your Options directory
published by the Kansas Department on Aging for the 18-county North Central-Flint Hills Area Agency on Aging region. The Explore Your Options booklet is updated on an annual basis and provides valuable information about services available at the area and state level. The Saline County Service Directory provides a more detailed listing of services available in Saline County, and it is updated three times each year.
Services With Aging Populations (SWAP) is an informal association of Salina-area aging service providers. Participation is open to any and all aging service providers -- non-profit, for-profit, and government-sponsored. SWAP participants meet 2-3 times per year to share information about available services and discuss issues related to the development and delivery of services.
If you would like to be added to the SWAP email notification list, please complete and submit the form below.
