• The user agrees that Live At Home Solutions cannot be held liable or responsible for any action or event that takes place with any Provider listed as part of the Provider Network. Live At Home Solutions does not own the independent Providers and therefore cannot guarantee the performance of any Provider, nor can Live At Home Solutions be held responsible for damages or liability of work performed by Providers listed as part of the Provider Network.
  
  
• Within the Provider Network, Live At Home Solutions does not recommend one provider over another. Selecting a Provider is done so at the choice and risk of the user.
  
  
• Live At Home Solutions is an information source for users, offered to help the user make more informed decisions. While Live At Home Solutions endeavors to keep its listed information on Providers and other resources as current as possible, Live At Home Solutions cannot be held liable for any problems that arise because of information that is inaccurate, out-of-date, or otherwise in error.
