If you are a provider of in-home or community-based services for seniors or disabled adults in the Salina area, we encourage you to become part of the Live At Home Solutions provider network. There are many good reasons for you to become a Live At Home Solutions network provider:

*Providers are listed as a network provider in all printed materials and on the Live At Home Solutions public website, and receive referrals from the website.

*Customers need more services than any single provider can supply. By participating in Live At Home Solutions, providers make it easier and more convenient for their customers to get all the services they need to live as independently as possible.

Becoming a network provider is a simple 4-step process:
Step 1: Request an application package

Step 2: Complete and submit all application materials required for your service category.
Step 3: Your application will be reviewed by Live At Home Solutions and either approved or denied.
Step 4: When your application has been approved, you can complete the
providers directory information
for your online directory listing.
