Salina Meals On Wheels
Healthy Meals Delivered By Community Volunteers
Since 1970, the Meals On Wheels program has provided nutritious meals to homebound persons in Salina. At the present time, volunteers deliver approximately 150 hot noon meals every weekday to all Salina neighborhoods. Volunteers also deliver hundreds of frozen meals every month to Meals On Wheels customers for evening, weekend and holiday meals.
When are meals delivered? Meals are delivered five days a week, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Volunteers deliver the meals between 11:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m.
